Smaller kitchens with 30" high wall cabinets : Pick from a selection of doors styles : we do demolition, remove old cabinets and debris / install wall cabinets and appropriate base units according to existing floor plan / select from A and B class  granite tops. We provide the undermount sink and faucet, electrical and all plumbing hookups. $15,995.00.  
Drop in sink into a laminate top????  DEDUCT $1000.00!!

Add on if desired : 42" high wall cabinets [empty soffits]: $695.00 / wall patching and painting: $695.00 / purchase vinyl flooring from a "box" store; we will supply installation, adhesive and matching painted moldings for $695.00.  / Silestone class 1 and 2 countertop instead of granite : $995.00. / under cabinet  xenon lighting : $695.00 if outlet is available / recessed ceiling lighting if desired - to be determined.

If you are replacing a fluorescent  fixture with new and supply the light
 we will install the new at no additional charge.

Ceramic tile flooring?? Our porcelain 12" x 12" tiles are about $6.50 sq. ft. with grout and thin set. Labor could be $13.00 sq. feet

Accent maintains a five year warrantee on products. Many
of our suppliers offer lifetime care.

  Often Accent renovates entire condos or homes including flooring, drywall,
tile, electrical, special plumbing requirements, and finish with wall
sanding and paint. Turn key? Whatever it takes! 

   When you require a custom bar, office, store fixtures, entertainment center,
 built- ins, basement work, etc., ask us.! Yes! We can do it!

  We take your space very seriously; design often takes multiple hours of 
planning. In addition, remember, projects also require detailed
selections of appropriate tile, back splashes, lighting, design features, flooring, ceilings, paint selections, wallpapers, etc., etc.
My verbal estimates are usually close.

  We often tear out the floor, walls, etc., and begin your project from "scratch."

Bathrooms projects: include our designer
level goods and are usually priced between $15,000.00 - $20,000,00.
We allow two weeks for most projects..

Powderooms:  Labor and designer level products typically
run about $8500.00

Customer choose from a large selection of upscale tiles, toilets,
vanities, special lighting, medicine cabinets, shower units, countertops, tubs, etc.

Our kitchens often feature: a new lighting design, solid surface counter
tops, undermount sinks, xenon under counter lighting, interesting
exhaust hoods, ceramic or wood floors and custom cabinets.
  Doors can stainless with interesting glass or metal inserts.

 Prices begin at about $20,000.00 + appliances for a smaller kitchens
using a framed Armstrong cabinets. Medium sized kitchens begin
 about $30,000.00 + appliances.
Our larger custom frameless designed kitchen projects are more costly.

We also have less expensive cabinets from China ; they can reduce
costs. Some cabinets may have small flaws most people often don't see.
